- To develop your passion, the big step would be to opt for a degree, or A-level in a mathematical subject such as Maths, Physics, Engineering (or another STEM degree). - We generally look for individuals who have a logical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. If you’re good at crosswords, sudoku, quizzes or other problem-solving activities, then this is great practice and it shows us you’re a logical thinker.
- Experience in a programming language or even using Excel and writing macros in Visual Basic will also support you in working towards an analytical career.
