Gladiator named Contact Centre of the Year

Gladiator, our van insurance broker business, was named Contact Centre of the Year (Medium-large) at the Welsh Contact Centre of the Year Awards 2016.

The award was presented during a ceremony hosted by comedian Jimmy Carr at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff Bay.

Admiral was also a finalist in the Customer Services and Customer Accounts in the category for People Engagement.

Gladiator's win came after being nominated for the third consecutive year.

Rachel Roberts of Gladiator was also nominated in the Best Support Person category for the second consecutive year.

Last year she received a Highly Commended accolade. Gladiator was also nominated in the Best Use of Technology category.
