    • Providing excellent products and services to our customers is essential. We employ several initiatives in order to measure the quality of our customer service. The measures are reviewed annually to challenge departments to make continuous improvements. Admiral operates within the regulatory framework of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) in the UK.

    • We play a positive role in the community through charitable giving, sponsorship and local community partnerships. Our strategy aims to contribute to the local communities surrounding our offices and support local events. Our 'Community Fund' was set up to reinforce how we give back to charities, good causes and our community; we've given sizeable donations to a number of charities and organisations close to our colleagues' hearts.

Our ‘Green team’ aim to educate colleagues, encourage recycling and implement green initiatives to reduce our environmental impact; our canteen cutlery and cold vending machines are plastic free.
