As a department, we run two offsite meetings a year. It’s a great opportunity for us to get updates from our management team, look back on everything we have achieved and give us focus. These meetings have included inspirational speeches from motivational speakers. This year’s department meeting came to its finale with a motivational talk from guest speaker, Josh Jones. Josh has cystic fibrosis, but this hasn’t stopped him becoming a world record holder. Josh spoke about the challenges he has overcome and how keeping fit and active saved his life. Josh has been recognized for his fundraising by The Pride of Britain Awards with a nomination for ‘ITV Fundraiser of the year.'
