Work Experience
We understand how difficult it can be to get a job without work experience. And we also understand how difficult it can be to get work experience in the first place. That’s the beauty of the Admiral Experience – a week’s worth of invaluable, on-the-job work experience.
If you are in Year 10 or 11 and thinking about what to do once you’ve finished school, come and join us for a week. We’ll help you understand what it’s like to work in a professional office environment. You will visit our different departments and look at the ways each team works together to create the complete customer journey.
You will be able to meet our staff and find out what makes Admiral different to most employers. It’s a great starting point if you are thinking about a career with us!

MBA Students
We also offer an MBA summer internship every year to exceptional MBA students from around the world.
During the internship you will take on critical business projects as an internal consultant, very similar to our BDM and IPM roles. You can find out more about our MBA positions on our Executives and MBA page.
Many of our interns come back to work with us as International Business Development Managers or as International Pricing Managers. You can read about their experiences on our MBA blog.

Undergraduates
We usually offer a summer internship for students in their penultimate or final year of university who are on track for a 2.1, however we are not running our undergraduate summer internship in the summer of 2019. We are planning to run it again in the summer of 2020.
The undergraduate summer internship gives you the opportunity to do real projects with real responsibility - it's like a mini version of our graduate programme. If you do well, you might even be offered a position on our graduate programme for the following year, so this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door!
